Dear All,
 
I have one equirement for Complex Self Service IVR Development.
 
I prepared Call Studio Script and it is the time to develop say it smart plugin, custom development and Dabasebase layer Design.
I am planning to use Cisco Customized Java API for Development.
suggest me either C/C++ or Java is best and suitable for plugin development?
what is the cisco recommendation for CVP Development?
is development technology is depends on harware infrastruture , memory and ports?
My setup environment is Call server,VXML Server,Voice Gateway,ICM and Tomcat Webserver Environment.
Please advice for plugin development technology?

You pretty much have to use java to integrate with studio and vxml server

At this point you cannot use C/C++, you can use only java. 
There is nothing special about the setup, it is standard Cisco setup. 
Depending on how good you are with underlying technologies, you can come with good or poor design.  
Remember with VXML as underlying technology you can create amazing IVR apps.  Nothing is impossible here.
Also the key lies in using the right approach to design your code, backend integrations, db setup etc.   Define complex in your case.  What is the app requirement ?

Dear Hemal,

My requirement is related to Telecom Domain in the customer care department for help line.
my Call Studio script is more complex and for each call takes more than 10 min time to complete the call and finally it reaches to customer care agent.
