Asher Schweigart | I've found that when calling into a CVP application from an internal Cisco phone, the display changes from the original number you dialed to the label+correlation id as soon as the call is sent to CVP. If I put a wait node in ICM, I can see the original phone number displayed, but as soon as the wait node exits and the call goes to the cvp app, the display changes. Is there any way to change this behavior, so that when people call into an ICM script that does work in CVP the called number shown on the phone stays the same? |
