The Cisco Customer Voice Portal Developer How-To Video Series is designed to provide video instruction of the configuration, use and troubleshooting of the (no architecture) features and functions of the Cisco Call Server, Reporting Server, Video Media Server, Call Services and Call Studio.
These videos give the viewer a short, 5-15 minute overview of the key points of major features of the CVP product and tips on how developers can use it more effectively. These videos are appropriate for viewing by technical managers, architects, developers, partners or anyone wanting to learn more about CVP VXML applications and how they are developed.
Most concepts in the CVP Developer How-To Videos are applicable CVP 3.1, CVP 4.1and CVP 7.0.2. The instructor tries to point out the differences where possible, but product documentation and guides govern for configuration and supportability purposes.
