Hi,
I'm using a DMP (5.2 RC-18) with an ELO Touchscreen to develop interactive applications. The Elo touchscreen is connected to the DMP via USB. I then use the DMP Management Page to select the Elo drivers (under Touchscreen) hit "Apply" then "Save Configuration" then "Restart" the DMP. When the DMP boots-up the DMP displays a message box showing that it is initializing the Elo touchscreen. However it stays at 5% (loading progress) for over 2-hours with no change. I assume that the system has hanged. Is this normal behaviour? How long does it take to initialize the touchscreen?
