1. And text-shadow and -moz-box-shadow of CSS in my HTML don't work in DMP while those work well in PC Firefox browser. Maybe, your DMP's Firefox browser is somewhat customized. How can I make those CSS tags work with my HTML?
A desktop browser is not a valid test-bed for the DMP, so while CSS attributes may work on your local Firefox installation, they won¿t necessarily behave the same way in the DMP. There is a list of supported browser customization preferences in the DMP API documentation which include font customization (pg 9 of 25 of the document posted as of this date). Changes beyond the scope of this document are not officially supported.
2. Is there any update on RTSP, especially on RTSP MIB & Javascript API which I had requested?
I¿m not sure who you spoke to, but perhaps you are looking in the wrong location. This is a public forum for the Cisco Developer Network to communicate on. While Cisco representatives do respond to the questions posted here, it is done for general questions, and on a best effort basis. That being said, you will need to follow up on specific promises through the channels that you initially used.
Now for your concerns:
In other words, when they use this document, they can do RTSP using playlist and presentation. But they can¿t do RTSP using DMP DM direct ¿media url¿. They can¿t use a DMM presentation mode for localization issue(5.2 version can¿t support Korean on DMP now). So they are gonna use RTSP based on media url of DMP DM.
They need,
1. DMP DM media URL play (RTSP)
2. HTTPS MIB command play
3. Javascript HTML play.
1. This is supported. If you have been able to view video over RTSP using playlists and presentations, you should also be able to do so using the DMP DM media URL.
2. This is not recomended, but can be done. Please see the DMP MIB API documentation for details.
3. This is supported. Please see the DMP JavaScript API documentation for details.
3. customer wants to use their monitoring web page on DMP(the monitoring page is made by web browser, can access to the site usiing url. But when I test to access the site on DMP URL to be displayed, the display shows us "certification accept page". Do we have the way to bypass this one to go to monitoring home?
There is no way to bypass this security warning. You must accept this to continue.
If you have any comments about this one, it¿ll be very valuable and helpful for Korean business.
It seems like this is a specific pre-sales effort, in which case you should contact a TME or a Product Sales Specialist.
