EloTouch integration doesn´t work

The DMP recognize the touchscreen but, but the cursor stands on the upper left side on screen and doesn´t interact with the application. Do you guys has a step-by-step or some tips to solve it? thanks a lot best alex

Mark as an Answer Submit Reply with Quote Quick Reply Hey Alex, When you first loaded the Elo drivers, rebooted, and plugged in the 3239, did you see a white dialog box on the screen indicating the need to download a calibration file? This file needs to be installed once for each Elo screen model. If you are not sure whether or not you have this file installed, you can check by logging into the DMP terminal and navigating to /TouchDrivers/elo/ConfigData/APRCalData/ . The file name may vary, but should be something like CSPROTO0916 or I08L04024. -Hashir
