I am trying to add an asset from URL. This asset is actually a file that is stored locally on a DMP 4400 SD Card. I know the correct format should be <strong style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px;">file:///tmp/ftproot/usb_1/file.mpg
 
Can anyone help how I can do that?
 
I am using the Adobe Air test application to test.

What is your use case here? If I understand correctly, you are trying to upload a file stored on a DMP to the DMM as an asset, but what is the end goal? Perhaps if you elaborate we can find a simpler solution to achieve the same results.
