No audio when running a presentation

Hello,
I am trying to get basic functionality working with my DMM and DMP.  I created a presentation which consisted of a jpeg image and an MP3 audio file.  When I try to send this presentation to my DMP,  I see the presentation on the LCD TV, but I don't hear any audio.  I used the DMD to create the presentation and previewed it to make sure it was ok.

What I'm using:
Vizio HDTV  with HDMI cable
4305G DMP (have also tried this on a 4400 DMP)

I also made sure the volume was not muted on the TV, the volume is at 50 on the TV, and the volume settings on the DMP were at 50.

Thanks,
Matt

Matt,

An mp3 file can not be directly added into a Presentation. In order to play an mp3 file in a Presentation, you will need to create an Audio Playlist. This can be done by going to the Digital Media Designer, clicking the "Playlist" icon, and then selecting "Audio Only". Upon doing so, a black box will appear in the display area, which says to double-click on it to add content. Double clicking on this, you will see a blank playlist to which you can add your mp3 files to. You should now be able to hear your playlist alongside whatever visual is displayed in the DMD.

Hope that helps
