I am developing a web application using Java/JSP
to listen to Cisco Digital Media Play (DMP) Simple Network Management
Protocol (SNMP) traps.
 
I am using a program, SNMP4J, and I am able to send and receive traps using my sever.
 
I have also configured the DMP's DMM Appliance IP Address to my server IP address. I would like to know the status of the DMP,ie  is it up?
 
Problem is: I am uable to receive any traps sent out by the DMP.
 
Anyone has any suggestions, comments, etc will be much appreciated.
