David Bullock | Sorry in advance for the dumb question, but I am still working out my C* acronyms and product positionings. I'm trying to put together a solution for the 500-series phones system whereby there is a card-reader and a Cisco phone sitting on a desk. User puts card in card-reader, logs into phone. User removes card from card-reader, logs out of phone. One clear path to victory would be to use the EMAPI, but if CUCME 7 or later have an EMService agent runnning, I don't know which URL it's litening on, nor how to setup the applicaton user. If such a thing exists, can someone point me in the riht direction? There might be alternative roads to victory if the highway is shut. For example, I notice that phones attached to CUCME use an HTTP GET /CMEserverForPhone/extensionmobility/login?u=josh&p=123456 to prompt CUCME into manhandling the phone into the new state. If I could add a parameter ('do it to *this* phone'), I'd be mostly there. Is anyone able to advise me on a way to proceed with CUCME? loving the Cisco, David (experienced JavaEE developer, intermediate networker, IP telephony novice) |
