Sujin Jebakar | Dear All, We are using CUCM 7.0 and UCCX 7.0. We use extension mobility feature to enable users to take calls from off shore for a client in the US. We are experiencing an issue like when a call is taken by an agent, Cisco Supervisor dektop doesn't show that the call has been answered. Instead is stays in the status call is reserved.
