CDN Announces Technical Pre-Production Support Available to Members

We are proud to introduce support for our CDN partners in set up of labs and demo systems. Sometimes challenged with system configuration? Need help in setting up a demo system? As a complement to Developer Support for APIs and SDKs, we now offer what we call Technical Pre-Production Support.
The Technical Pre-Production Support offers help with

Planning - includes support for Installation, Upgrade and Migrations, Compatibility, Integration
Design - includes Reviews and Validation, consulting in Sizing, Scalability
Implementation - includes support for Lab Testing, Demos, Proof of Concepts, and Initial Setup/Configuration.

How do you take advantage of the support?
You open a Service Request with our Developer Support team just as you would for Developer Support for an API or an SDK. The enhancement is that this team can now support additional needs in the Developer’s support lifecycle:

Installation, Upgrade and Migration Planning, Compatibility, Integration, Provide Processes and Resources Associated With Solid Planning Best Practices

Network Design Review and Validation, Sizing, Scalability, Capacity, Feature Validation

Lab Testing, Demo, Production Pilot, Try and Buy, Proof of Concepts, Initial Setup and Configuration, Implementation Troubleshooting
