DN Not showing up in CM DB

We have a DN (6504978356) which when checking the CCM GUI shows up as a line associated with a specific phone device. As such I we should expect it to be defined in the CCM database of that publisher. However, when querying the publisher (SOAP) with the following SQL statement : SELECT numplan.*, enduser.department AS department, enduser.firstname || " " || enduser.lastname AS subscribername FROM numplan LEFT JOIN endusernumplanmap ON endusernumplanmap.fknumplan = numplan.pkid LEFT JOIN enduser ON enduser.pkid = endusernumplanmap.fkenduser the above DN does not show up in the result. The 'numplan' table is, I assume, the only table that contains all the defined DNs on that CM. It also does not show up in the CMDEVICE realtime data when polled which is understandable if that number is not logged in on any phone. So, Why is the CCM GUI showing this DN as a defined line and associated with a phone device, but cannot be found in any of the record dumps ? Where is it stored? Or is this cached info? Why can I not find it anywhere other than in the GUI.
