I used to see Nuance products lised under http://developer.cisco.com/web/partner/search?accountId=0014000000OZBLEAA5, however after migration to Marketplace Solutions Catalog, I couldn't find any of Nuance CDN certified products. Any specific reasons? Where can I find them?   Thanks! -Sethu

This may have to do with the limitation of 4000 characters including markup. Pasting for Word for instance will include a lot of hidden markup characters. Try pasting from notepad en apply markup later.

We have completed testing, the company profile, uploaded a new logo, posted our certified product and show an "approved" status on everything I can find. When I search the solutions catalog for my company, "Vestac", there are no results. Can you tell me *precisely* what needs to happen to make our entry show up in the catalog? Thanks

There is no length issue now, because I removed almost all bold high-lightening (I left bold only on headings). Before, the same text couldn't pass because I applied bold on a lot of the words in the text. I tried again to bold some words, I think 30 was enough to make the max 4000 error appear again. I changed the text by putting bold on more words. Now, try to bold one or two more words and you'll get the error. (I can not do that myself because the gui wont let me save the text while the error is active)

[b]Hi All,[/b]   While trying to finish my Complex Product's General Information, I kept getting the "[b]Product Features has exceeded maximum of 4000 characters" [/b]error.   When I checked the character count of the text in the Features text field, it showed that the text had about 2500 characters, much less than the limit of 4000 characters. However the above mentioned error remained. Then I removed all Bold highlighting style from the text - and the text was accepted. It seams that the character counter in Complex Product is counting character in HTML tags as well ("<strong></strong>" for Bold). Similar might go for other HTML tags ("<p>","<br>","<div>"...).   [color=#000000]I assume this is a bug and not intended behavior[/color]

Hi Marcello, Products with 'Approved' status can be archived and all other non-approved status products can be deleted. This option is available in the Action options found againt the product in Complex Products page of the dashboard. Regards, Mahesha RUge B

Hi Paul, The word 'disabled' found in the Preview page can be ignored. This will be seen for the existing products which once used to have the 'Details' rich text editor section. This 'Details' section has now been removed. Once posted, the word 'disbaled' will not reflect in Solution Catalog, hence it can be ignored. Regards, Mahesha Ruge B

Still having issues with the 'detail' datasheet copy box. The input box has now gone, assume it's been removed? It's not a problem as I have uploaded a separate datasheet anyway, but on the final preview I still see the word 'disabled' below the description copy, however the word 'disabled' isn't in the description copy field. I can't see where it's coming from....

Hello, How can we change the background's color? In your slides, the calabrio's product page is placed on white background, but when we switch a product page to the preview mode, we see it on a grey background. Is it like that just because it is a preview, or can it be switched to white somewhere? Thank you for any clarification on this, Michal The following attachment will resemble look and feel of a Product Profile in the new catalog.  The Preview screen is an approximation and does not accurately reflect color scheme of the new catalog.  Thanks for the feedback.    I have also attached a view of Company Listing with one or several products in the CDN Catalog.   Stay tune for an announcement, post Jan 9th, when CDN Partners will access the Solutions Catalog, for review, prior to external go live date.
