Hi Team,

There have been a lot of internal architectural changes to Finesse. Some of these, such as the revised and improved API signature require us to deprecate the previously released 8.5(1).

A new release, Finesse 8.5(3) Developer Release (DR)1 is planned for a June 30, 2011 release.This release is built on the new and improved Finesse architecture and will contain basic call control features invokable via the call control gadget as well as new web services APIs to support custom gadgets.

Please check back to this CDN site or the Cisco Partner Community discussion forum for updates as to when the 8.5(3)DR1 documentation will be ready.
