Finesse Developers,

Our team is busy preparing content for Finesse Developer Training on February 9. This is part of the Contact Center Direct Calls Series. If you don't have an invite, reach out to me and we will get you on the list. You must be an ATP or AUC partner to participate.

This session is targeted at developers who want to understand how to develop applications for Cisco Finesse. We will start with a high-level technical overview of the product and then dive into an explanation of Cisco Finesse gadgets, the Finesse REST Web Services, and the Finesse JavaScript. We will walk developers through a sample gadget application including how the gadget utilizes the Finesse REST Web Services and Finesse JavaScript. Developers will learn how to build their own Finesse gadgets and how to load gadgets inside of Finesse. It will be assumed that developers already have a basic understanding of what Cisco Finesse is and this course is targeted at developers who want to take their knowledge of Finesse to the next level.

Also expect us to post the sample gadget and javascript on this Tech Center in the next few days.
