Finesse gadgets can be hosted on your own web server or on the Finesse server itself.

To host gadgets on your own web server, you host the gadget just as you would any web site. You could use IIS, Apache, etc. That is up to you.

How do we go about getting a copy of Finesse 9.1? I can not find it on the fullfilment centre (mediuscorp.com) website. We have the "Unified Communications 9.0 Software Partner Bundle Offer Kit". We want to upgrade the Finesse part though to 9.1. Also does the 9.1 version have any dependencies on newer versions of UCCE or CM or can we use it with out existing 9.0 setup?

I did find a place (software.cisco.com) to download it from now but I still need the info regarding compatibility with the 9.0 versions of UCCE & CM. Thanks.

Cisco Finesse Release 9.1(1) supports Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (Unified CCE) 9.0(1) only.
