Error logging in if an agent's AgentID and Login name are different.

If an agent record's Login Name is different than their AgentID, when the user tries to log in, we get a 4023 error (UNKOWN_AGENT). We have tried this with an agent_id_type of 0 and 1 in the aws.properties file.

Do you only face this issue when explicitly creating different login Name and agentId ? Do you not see the problem if they are same ? Also are you restarting AWS after changing the property file? can you send us a log?
