Cannot move Make Call Keypad

When hovering over the Make Call Keypad's title, the cursor changes to a multidirectional "move" cursor, but the dialog cannot be moved.

When hovering over the Make Call Keypad's title, the cursor changes to a multidirectional "move" cursor, but the dialog cannot be moved.

 
This has been resolved in a newer version of the software. For this release, we are just changing the cursor to a normal cursor instead of the ¿move¿ cursor. The keypad is not going to be movable. There is a bug opened for a movable keypad postponed to the next release.
