Finesse gadgets can be hosted on your own web server or on the Finesse server itself.

To host gadgets on your own web server, you host the gadget just as you would any web site. You could use IIS, Apache, etc. That is up to you.

I don't see a way of connecting to A and B side CTI Servers in the installation guide.  Can we put multiple IP address in for the feild com.cisco.reportingserver.adapter.cti.host in the aws.properties file? If so, what is the syntax?

In this first version of Cisco Finesse, we don't support failover, so you should only specify the IP Addr of the primary CTI Server.  We will support failover in our next version when we support production deployments.
