If there is a need for customizing the Finesse agent/call control UI, will this require a separate web server to host the customized components, or will there be some mechanism for hosting custom files/applications within the Finesse container?

Our 1st release doesn't support adding 3rd party or customized gadgets, but when we do add that functionality in our next release, a separate server will be required.  We will add the ability to host gadgets on the Finesse Server at some point however.

Theodore,
For now, the ability to host iFrames and render external gadgets is fine. Those by definition are on external servers. This is akin to Quad.
