Hi all,

i have up and running my Finesse Server 8.5.(1) with a UCCE 8.5.(1).
Is there a way to connect this also to a UCCX 8.5?

Finesse 8.5(1) is not supported with  CCX 8.5(1). It only supports CCE 8.5(1). Thanks.

is a quote from the Finesse 8.5 installation guide:
 
When
the aws.properties file opens in a text editor, make the following changes
Modify
the CTI Host to the IP Address of the UCCE/UCCX,
forexample:com.cisco.reportingserver.adapter.cti.host = 10.194.2.56
Modify
the CTI Port to the CTI port of the UCCE/UCCX, for
example:com.cisco.reportingserver.adapter.cti.port = 42027
 
Modify
the CTI Deployment Type to either "CCE" or "CCX" , for
example:com.cisco.reportingserver.core.deployment_type = CCE

 
It is supported from UCCX release 8.5.

We will get the guide fixed.  We have done some testing against CCX and our intention for full CCX support, but there are some bugs and missing functionality that prevents us from supporting CCX at this time.
