Finesse gadgets can be hosted on your own web server or on the Finesse server itself.

To host gadgets on your own web server, you host the gadget just as you would any web site. You could use IIS, Apache, etc. That is up to you.

Cannot Delete IFrame

Cannot Delete IFrame

Dear Gang;
The screenshot below shows my Finesse Agent portal. While adding iFrames, I guess I clicked more than once. The problem is that the edit arrow in the iFrame does not allow me to delete it. Any ideas?

What happens when you click on the downward facing arrow?  there should be a link to delete the iframe.  The link doesn't show up less your cursor is over the dropdown entry.
