Hi,
 
Is there a chance that Finesse 8.5 will work with a UCCX 7 setup ?
This is just for a LAB environment

Hi Steve,
UCCX is not supported in Finesse 8.5.

Hi Roopa,
I found a posting in this forum that showed how to configure Finesse with a UCCX 8.5
 
I understand there are a few bugs - which is fine for my purpose.  I was more concerned about v7 more than v8.5.
 
I am really just trying to get an evaluation system for Finesse working (in a Lab setup).  I don't have a UCCE setup - and not sure how long that would take.
 
Any ideas for options ?

I don't think it will work with CCX 7.  I think the CTI Server version will cause compatibility issues.  You are more than welcome to play around with things however on CCX & Finesse but we can only support questions on this forum for Finesse 8.5 / CCE 8.5 issues.
