Hi all,
 
It was mentioned in the comparison chart between CAD, CTIOS & Finesse that there are some functions that is not available in Finesse. The part i'm interested in is the Outbound portion. Are those functions totally unavailable / its achievable through the Web 2.0 APIs?

These features are not available at all in Finesse 8.5(3).

Expect Predictive and Progressive outbound support for Finesse 9.0.
