RE: Finesse Multi Line General Question

We are migrating to UCCE 8.5.x in September and we plan on turning on what is referred to multi-line so we can track statisitcs on both ACD and non-ACD lines.  My understanding from Cisco Live this week is this feature "multi-line" must be disabled if we want to use Finesse as our CTI client.

Is what Finesse has in the 9.0 BOM where "multi-line must be disabled" the same as the new UCCE feature for "multi-line" or am I mis-interpreting the information?  Just want to be sure in case we move to Finesse as the desktop client from CTIOS that we don't have to take a feature away.

Thank you,

As of Finesse 9.0, multi-line is not supported. It is on the roadmap for a future release.

Thank you David, exactly info we were looking for.
