These features are not available at all in Finesse 8.5(3). Expect Predictive and Progressive outbound support for Finesse 9.0.

Hi all,   It was mentioned in the comparison chart between CAD, CTIOS & Finesse that there are some functions that is not available in Finesse. The part i'm interested in is the Outbound portion. Are those functions totally unavailable / its achievable through the Web 2.0 APIs?   Thanks! -JT-
