How many bytes of information are available in the standard call variables 1-10?

For the IVR PG Protocol, each call variable can be 40 bytes plus the null string terminator.

Note that for certain older version of the CTI Server interface, the "40 byte call variables" actually means 39 character bytes and a null terminator. This is contrasted with the ICM VRU PG interface where a 40 byte call variable actually means 40 bytes plus terminator.
