Can anyone tell me why I keep getting forbidden messages when I attempt to read the PDF files on this site?
 
I have registered and confirmed I am logged in... I see the lic agreement to view the files and then BAM, forbidden message.
 
This is very frustrating.
 
Any ideas?

Todd,

The IVR PG documentation is available only to Developer Services
subscribers. You need to have a DVCC contract in you CCO profile in
order to access the documentation.
