I have a partner going to integrate a 3rd party IVR with ICM in 150 ports, using Java VRU client, but I cannot find any further information than Java VRU Client data sheet saying "The Java VRU Client is purchable via Statement Of Work (SOW) and includes basic deployment"
 
Can I get more information about SOW above here ?</summary>
