Dear Community,
we’re looking about an integration of ICM with Comverse IVR via GED125.

Before starting the development on our own the question out to you: Is anybody aware about if such an integration has already be done?

I cannot give you any specific customers who have done this, although I am told by Cisco Product Management that they do exist.
