iCM v7.5 and CTI - User Acceptance Testing

Hi guys
 
I'm a consultant for an ICT company in New Zealand who's deploying an ICM v7.5 solution to a client. As part of the deployment phase, we are required to perform Quality Assurance or System Testing of the solution prior to production roll-out. I was wondering if somebody would be able to assist me in finding a System test catalogue or some other test related documentation that verifies the deployment of the ICM solution from a USER perspective. That is the actual agents or supervisors in the Contact Centre doing some User Acceptance Test activities. I would really appreciate any assistance you can give me as I'm in desperate need of such information. Thanks
