Praveen Vyapaka | When a caller calls a micro application and hangs up with out going through the Menu I expect the CED field to be populated with a "NULL" but I see that a "-1" being populated in RouteCallDetail. This is causing some of our reports to break. Previously CED field used to be populated with a NULL when there is no caller entered digits. The only change happened on our system is deploying ES18 on CVP servers. I beleive something on the registry changed with this. So looking if there is a registry settings that can be changed to default the value from -1 to NULL again. |
