I have UCCE 8.5(2) and have a request for a regularrly updated report of the actual concurrent licenses in use. Where can I find out the concurrent license count and can I create it in the report scheduler to automatically update a daily report?

Did you install CUIC?
The IVR Port Performance Report should give you some useful information on usage.
