Call failures found in PG log due to receiving multiple call notifications for the same call. It is these “duplicate” call notifications that are resulting in the DIALOGUE_FAILUREs.   How can the Edify IVR be analyzed or traced to eliminate the duplicate requests for the same call.

Hi Jim,

I can't comment on the Edify but you'll likely catch the detail behind the dialogue failures by:

- Increasing OPC tracing levels to FFFF on the PG
- OPCTest Utility on the PG   http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/custcosw/ps1001/products_tech_note09186a00800acafa.shtml
- Debug the PGAgent process on the CallRouter at FFFF tracing

Not exactly what you asked but I hope some of this helps.

Regards
MT
