    <summary type="html">Bob, I do not know what SIP has to do with IVR PG interface or how CVP affects the handling of Route Requests coming from your IVR.

    <summary type="html">At a couple of customer sites using SIP we have run into a problem: our IVR PG interface doesn't receive a response to a Route Request. We have been told that a Cisco Voice Portal is part of the deployment and that the responses to our Route Requests are being sent instead to the Cisco VP, which does the call routing.
Does this sound familiar and/or feasible?
