Hi,

I see some interface called "application gateway interface (GED-144)" in some document. But I couldn't find any document and forum in Cisco's web site.

Could you please tell me where could I download the document? And where to post the questions?

The App Gateway (Ged-145) is not published. You must obtain permission
from the product manager to use this interface and receive the document
from him.
Please contact Ted Phipps tephipps@cisco.com for this API. Also, there
are several packages to allow customers to use App Gateways with COM,
ODBC, XML or IBM MQ. For further information on these contact

Hi David,

Thanks a lot for your kindly help! There are some partners interesting in Media Route (MR) and Agent Reporting and Management (ARM) interfaces. I also couldn't find any detailed documents on it. Are they not opened to customers too?

we're a Cisco dev partner and developed an interface capsuling ARM / MRI and offer the supported functions in form of a WebSericeInterface called MCAL (multi channel application link). MCAL allows you / your customer e.g. to CTI-enable your business application.
 
Could you explain the requirements you do have? What does your planned integration looks like? Eventually MCAL offers the needed functions and could fit into your solution.
