In the CVP error logs I see a Q850 cause code 127 at the time of the disconnect.  Can anyone tell me what this is? 
 
It has been reported that the caller heard a prompt and was asked to enter digits, but then was disconnected by the system.  I find this tough to believe and would like to prove otherwise, so any insight would be much appreciated.

Have you looked at this document: http://www.net.com/Product%20Literature/MicrosoftUC/VX_UC_QSG_4_4_4.pdf. It¿s Microsoft but they do have some mappings of SIP to Q850 codes which are based on the RFC¿s. The 127 disconnect code seems to be the code used when the system can¿t determine the precise cause.
