Hi !
I have a problem with URI: Dial:number:1:appId - My app  close when phone dial number when i use button with this URI on CCM 8.6. ...
CiscoIPPhoneGraphicFileMenu appId="Example/Example"
Dial:1234:1:Example/Exaple

Can you provide me the full XML you are sending to the phone as well as the image you are using? I'd like to make sure everything is set correctly.

This is my code
<CiscoIPPhoneGraphicFileMenu appId="Sample/Test">
<Title>...
<Prompt>...
<LocationX>...
<LocationY>...
<URL>...
<MenuItem>...
<Name>...
<URL>Dial:1234:1:Sample/Test</URL>
<TouchArea>
....

When i press TouchArea on screen , phone is dialing 1234, and app is closed, not minimized.

this happens on 7975 and 7971, but on 9971 is ok - i press TouchArea on screen , phone is dialing 1234, and app is  minimized, when call's end app is popup.

I was able to reproduce the issue. I'll find out if there is a way to prevent the app from closing.

The phone's behavior is working as per design, and there is not a way to prevent it from closing.
