I have another problem ;]
When my app running on the phone, and someone call on this phone, info about who is calling is not display - is minimized on the phone.
Is any parammeter in XML app (like Priority in execute) that can fix this problem?
Thanks for replay
Martin

Hi Marcin,
Can you try using CiscoIPPhoneStatus or CiscoIPPhoneStatusFile to display the info about who is calling? The CiscoIPPhoneStatus object “hovers” above the Call plane which means the call info will be displayed on top.
Thanks,
Adrienne

Thanks Adrienne for replay. I was thinking about this solution but the problem is - how to do this ;] My XML service running on Phone in Services Tab, whene some one  is calling, the Call Tab is open but is under Services Tab.   The CiscoIPPhoneStatus is good solution but i must have info who, when and where is someone calling.
Thanks
Marcin

Hi Marcin,
So what you are saying is that your application is displayed on the phone's screen, but when a call comes in, you cannot see your application anymore. Is this the problem?

Thanks,
Adrienne

Hi,
No. When call comes in i see my application, but not see info about who is calling ( From: John Doe (777321))
Thanks
Marcin

Hi Marcin,
I tested this in the lab. I have an app running on the phone and then I make a call come in. When the call comes in, the calling info is displayed. I've attached a screenshot of how it looks. Can you explain to me what phone model you are using and if your app is a Java Midlet or is it using the IP Phone Services API?
Thanks,
Adrienne

Thanks for replay, im using CP-7975 and 7971. App is IP Phone Services API - CiscoIPPhoneGraphicFileMenu. This same problem happens when i have running Corporate Directory.

Thanks

Marcin

Hi Marcin,

I tried testing this on the 7975 phone and I'm not able to reproduce your issue. Can you try upgrading to the latest phone firmware and let me know if the problem still exists?
Thanks,
Adrienne
