I tried testing this on the 7975 phone and I'm not able to reproduce your issue. Can you try upgrading to the latest phone firmware and let me know if the problem still exists?

I tested this in the lab. I have an app running on the phone and then I make a call come in. When the call comes in, the calling info is displayed. I've attached a screenshot of how it looks. Can you explain to me what phone model you are using and if your app is a Java Midlet or is it using the IP Phone Services API?

So what you are saying is that your application is displayed on the phone's screen, but when a call comes in, you cannot see your application anymore. Is this the problem?

I was thinking about this solution but the problem is - how to do this ;] My XML service running on Phone in Services Tab, whene some one  is calling, the Call Tab is open but is under Services Tab.   The CiscoIPPhoneStatus is good solution but i must have info who, when and where is someone calling.

Can you try using CiscoIPPhoneStatus or CiscoIPPhoneStatusFile to display the info about who is calling? The CiscoIPPhoneStatus object “hovers” above the Call plane which means the call info will be displayed on top.

When my app running on the phone, and someone call on this phone, info about who is calling is not display - is minimized on the phone.
Is any parammeter in XML app (like Priority in execute) that can fix this problem?
