WE have the cucm 8.5.1. we download the ipps , try to run the pushtotalk.jsp in outr tomcat server through the port 8080. we successly get the phone devcie name. But we can not get the ldap access, so the users reurn from the ldap alwasy 0. it seesm the problem is is set the ldaproot used by the jsp. we have the ldap configired in cucm "CN=Service Account, zucmdirsync,OU=ServiceAccounts,OU=ServerAdministration,DC=am,DC=trade,DC=com" we set the ldaproot="CN=Service Account, zucmdirsync,OU=ServiceAccounts,OU=ServerAdministration,DC=am,DC=trade,DC=com" is it right or need to ldaproot="ServiceAccounts.ServerAdministration.am.trade.com"?
