Converting to file Raw in order to play : TFTP Error

Hi to all, I'm trying to convert some wav files to raw audio files, in orde to play with the Play URI Command.
I'm using Audacity and  I'm converting using the following parameter
 

Raw PCM (no header)
•8000 samples per second
•uLaw compression

 
But I always get the URL="Playemoticonibrating2_Ulaw.raw" Data="TFTP Error" Status="3"
 
Does anyone know how I have to convert or generate raw files ?

I don't know if its any different than the format required by UCCX or Unity, but this is how I do it for those products. I'm not sure if this is what you're doing already, but if not, it may be worth a shot:

1) Open sound file in Audacity

2) Go to menu: TRACKS...RESAMPLE. Select 8000 and click OK.

3) Go to menu: FILE...EXPORT. Give the file a name and choose SAVE AS TYPE=Other uncompressed files. In the same dialog box click the "OPTIONS..." button. In this subsequent dialog box, choose HEADER=WAV (Microsoft) and ENCODING=U-Law. Click OK and save the file.

it was only I had to restart TFTP service...
