just 2 Questions please..
 
[b]when send HTTP request with CiscoIPPhoneExecute[/b]
 
1- using "[b]CallManagerSimulator[/b].exe" and "[b]IP Phone 7960G[/b]" , Authentication required??
    -yes i can access "http://X.X.X.X/CGI/Execute" (but Username/ Password required) Error Log 4.?????
    -yes registered and can access the url services.
 
2- using "[b]CallManager6[/b] [b]VMware[/b]" and "[b]IP[/b] [b]Communicator[/b]", [color=#ff0000]the ip communicator take the same ip address of the pc[/color]
 
    -No i can't access "http://X.X.X.X/CGI/Execute" (not found) (404).????
    -yes registered and can access the url services.
    - pc (192.168.1.2)  IP Cummunicator(192.168.1.2)  CUCM VMware in same pc (192.168.1.3)

Using Wireshark and Fiddler we discovered two things:
	#1: the authentication request agaisnt UCM returns AUTHORIZED
		http:/xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8080/ccmcip/authenticate.jsp?UserID=xxxxxxx&amp;Password=xxxxxxx&amp;devicename=SEPIPC2525
		In spite of this, the phone still returns an Error code 0
 
	#2: When launching IP Communicator, we found a couple 404 errors looking for a tlv file (CTL certificate)
		Not entirely sure what this may mean

The answer is yes! The authentication URL has an IP address in it.
We setup an End User, associated the particular device with it and associated the user with all the groups in the system...still we get the error mencioned above...

Thank you very much for you quick answer. We have a UCM 8.0 setup where this works like a charm; our customer is running 8.6.1 and no matter what we do to the user, we have had no luck so far.
We consistently get &lt;CiscoIPPhoneError Number="4" /&gt; for a response.
Do you have a couple things we could/should check to get this going?

    <summary type="html">The IP Phone Services XML interface capabilities are more dependent on the phone model/firmware than the UCM version, but the answer is generally: yes.
You should be able to consider the latest available guide/SDK as applicable to the current UCM release, if and until a newer doc/SDK is released.</summary>

I don't seem to be able to find the Cisco IP Phone Services Application Development notes for Call Manager 8.6.
