Hi All
As my title, when I want to test my java midlet application on IPPhone ,it needs signed jad and jar by cisco. now ,how can i make my application signed by cisco ?

thanks.

For now midlet development is not open, and midlet signing prevents untrusted midlets from being run.  Currently, only Cisco-provided midlets and some midlets from a handful of beta partners have received signatures and are able to run.  We hope to open up J2ME development to a wider developer community in the coming months.

Dear David,

I wonder if the J2ME development has been opened for the developer partners or not yet?
We need to develop some midlet apps and test them on 9971.

Appreciate your prompt response.
Thanks amil,
Rana

No - due to limitations in the existing deskphone JVM implementation and constraints on CPU/memory, at this point most focus is on Android - Cius and upcoming devices - as the highly programmable platform moving forward.
