Hi team,
One of my customer is starting to develop using the IP phone service API and hit a problem that I thought you may know where to go.
They try to execute a file at 7921/25 wireless IP phone, using the interface HTTP POST /CGI/Execute.
This is the request :
<CiscoIPPhoneExecute>
<ExecuteItem Priority="0" URL="Play:chime.raw"/>
</CiscoIPPhoneExecute>
This request runs well on the 7960, but doesn¿t run on 7921 and 7925 Wireless IP phones. All the phones have access to TFTP server, on which is the file chime.raw.
Version CUCM : 8.5.1.10000-4
Any suggestion to try ?

Hi Francois,
I am having a similar problem, although with a different raw file. Will be working on it today with our Cisco experts and I'll post my results.

It turned out my problem was a TFTP problem so I don't think that will help you.

Thank you Jim,
I will double check with the customer to make sure he has IP connectivity with its TFTP server.
Any other ideas from anybody ?
