We have a 2N Helios IP at the entrance to call the front desk when a visitor wants to enter. I am looking for a way to send a opening code via the  reception station by using a key services. The parameter of the service key for the unlocking code should be changed by remote programming.

Can you help me?

Hi,
Are you looking for instructions for 2N system and how could do that (I know that 2N has solution for that but not sure if you need to purchase something that is not dafault)? Or are you looking for any solution? You can check 3rd party solutions - http://developer.cisco.com/web/partner/search?text=phone+services&technologyIds=&subTechnologyIds=&technologyProductIds=&technologyProductVersionIds=&partnerProductFamilies=&verticalIndustryCategoryId=&_regions=on&_regions=on&_regions=on&_regions=on&_regions=on&_regions=on&certified=All&onCiscoPriceList=All&portfolioPartner=All&_tierLevels=on&_tierLevels=on&_tierLevels=on
Or you can try our 2Ring IPPS solution (listed by the link as well). Regarding this, I can answer your question - and yes, we know how to open the doors by pressing the key on the phone.

Regards
Jiri

I have already a 2N system and it was configured. However, I do not know how to configure a button for sending the code to open door during a phone conversation on the Cisco 9951

Thanks you for regards.
