We r deploying solution at a customer end. We created service with URL as http://App_Server_IP:8081/CCBridgeJTAPIResponse/JTAPICCBridgePreference.jsp?CMD=-1&device=#DEVICENAME#
In app we r getting blank for device parameter.
Can u pls tell me the possible reasons?
My CUCM version is 8.5 and 1 publisher and 1 subscriber setup.
