Required WebEx licensing to use Jabber SDK for IM & Presence

Hello,
Just want to confirm that as long as we have WebEx Connect in our subscription, then we would be able to use the Jabber SDK for IM & Presence integration?
Any coordination or activation with the WebEx folks needed?

You can try putting this httpbinding as your BOSH server and give it a try
https://im1.ciscowebex.com/http-bind
or
https://im4.ciscowebex.com/http-bind
Also make sure the domain name is the domain name you are within.
Last, the Jabber SDK needs to be the one downloaded from CAXL for Hosted Deployment

I just tried this, and it seems the webex connect im service does not work with the jabber sdk (see my previous post). Is this a general limitation?

Have you checked the domain name? Were you able to login to https://im4.ciscowebex.com using your account@your_domain_name

yes. I can log in fine using web im on https://im4.ciscowebex.com
