When I tried to connect with Cisco VPN with the provided user credentials(CSFuser121), I am getting the following error "Failed to get configuration from secure gateway. Contact your system administrator." Could you correct me, If I am missing anything?

Mark as an Answer Submit Reply with Quote Quick Reply The problem was that I am using old Cisco Anyconnect. When I update it to Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility, I am able to connect.
